Samira Brow Couture is a multi-award-winning, 5-star permanent makeup studio in Northern Virginia, specializing in customized, natural master microblading and permanent makeup since 2016.
Founded by artist and entrepreneur Samira, who spent a decade as a fashion designer in New York, the studio blends high-level artistry with the precision and balance of couture design. Every brow is meticulously crafted and tailored to enhance your natural beauty and facial harmony.
Samira’s work has been recognized with numerous industry and regional honors, including Best of NoVA (2×) by Northern Virginia Magazine, Best of Washington D.C. by DC Modern Luxury, and Best of Loudoun Winner and Finalist (4×). She is also the area’s first PhiBrows Royal Artist and holds 15+ advanced certifications in permanent makeup and beauty techniques.
Expanding the studio’s vision of beauty and style, Samira is also a Certified 12-Season Color Analyst, offering professional personal color analysis through sbc COLOR STYLE. These services help clients discover the most flattering colors for their skin tone, wardrobe, makeup, and personal brand.
Inside the studio also includes sbc Beautique, a curated in-studio boutique where clients can shop jewelry, accessories, and fashion pieces organized by color. Guests can also enjoy a permanent jewelry and charm bar experience by sister brand sbc LINKS, or reserve the studio for private events and parties.

launched Samira Brow Couture in April 2016 and is an award-winning designer, artist + beauty entrepreneur who loves making women look and feel beautiful. Samira Brow Couture has been voted “Best Permanent Makeup” by Northern Virginia Magazine (2025) and Loudoun Times Mirror (2023-2025) and featured in DC Modern Luxury Magazine.
Samira is a Virginia State Board licensed, certified + insured permanent makeup artist having received her permanent makeup training/certification from the Esthetics Institute in early 2016. She has traveled to London, Miami, Los Angeles + Las Vegas to receive training and certifications by top permanent makeup artists including Masters Dovile Zilinskaite, Nicole Hahn, Jelena Meier (Branko Babic's PhiAcademy), Lindsey Ta (Microblading LA) + Brows by Linnie, Girlz Ink (Eyeliner), and master artist Stefanie Toms (Eyeliner).
Samira is a master microblading artist. She was the first certified Phibrows ‘Royal Artist’ in the area and one of the first artists to be certified by Phibrows in the Washington D.C. metro area in 2016. In October 2017, she was a Phibrows Microblading co-trainer for multiple courses in Washington D.C. In January 2018, Samira's work was featured on the international famous beauty blogger HUDA Beauty. She is an in-demand brow artist in the area, with her work being recognized by top microblading Masters in the world. Today, Samira holds over 15 certifications in permanent makeup.
