DEPOSIT/BALANCE/REFUNDS

50% non-refundable deposit due at booking. Your appointment is not secure until the deposit is paid. Balance due immediately when service is complete via cash or credit card (sorry - no personal checks are accepted).

No refunds on any services performed or any packages. No refunds on deposits for any reason; deposit is non-transferable.

LATENESS

If you are 15 minutes or more late, your appointment is subject to being rescheduled (based on availability) or canceled (deposit is nonrefundable)

CANCELLATIONS/RESCHEDULE

Please allow 48 hours or more to reschedule. All reschedules made in less than 48 hours MUST be done through the artist, not through our online booking. Deposits are non-refundable if you reschedule less than 48 hours or if your reschedule request is not submitted to your artist, and a new booking/deposit is required. If you cancel your appointment, you automatically forfeit your deposit. All deposits are non-refundable.

Your rescheduled appointment is based on availability. Please understand that while we understand unforeseen circumstances may arise, such changes affect not only your artist's schedule but our other clients as well.

* If more than 3 reschedules are made via online booking system without notifying artist, you may lose access to online booking and must contact us directly to reschedule. Multiple reschedules (3 or more) made via online booking system less than 7 days of your appointment without notifying artist may lead to forfeit of your deposit. Please note that while we understand unforeseen circumstances arise, multiple reschedules impact our schedule and our ability to fill your spot with someone else in a short time period.

NO SHOWS

No shows are charged full price of appointment; if you no-show on your touch-up, you can reschedule the appointment and a touch-up fee will apply depending on next appointment availability.

CONSENT FORMS

A consent form is now included as part of your online booking and must be filled out to book an appointment.

CONSULTATIONS

Consultations are performed on the same day before the procedure begins. Before the procedure, you may also send clear pics of your brows by email (samirabrowcouture@gmail.com) and we will discuss your "brow story" (current shape, desired outcome with microblading) and medical history. If you would like to schedule an in-person consultation, it is $50/half hour. Please email us to schedule.

SAMIRA'S WAITLIST

Samira typically books out average 4-5 months out; if you would like to be added to her waitlist, you must first book your appointment then send an email to samirabrowcouture@gmail.com (Subject: Waitlist) to be added. You will be contacted if anything opens up.

COMPLIMENTARY TOUCH-UP APPOINTMENTS RESCHEDULES/CANCELLATIONS

Complimentary touch-up session will be scheduled at end of your first session. Please lock in the date and if you need to reschedule. If you reschedule or cancel your complimentary touch-up appointment less than one week before first touch-up appointment, new appointment time will be based on artist availability. If new appointment falls outside complimentary touch-up window, a touch-up fee of $125 will apply if it falls within 3 months of original touch-up date - NO EXCEPTIONS. New appointment will depend on artist's availability.

NOTE: if you become pregnant by complimentary touch-up appointment, you may not be serviced and you would need to reschedule (at regular touch-up price).

PAID TOUCH-UPS RESCHEDULES/CANCELLATIONS

If you book a paid touch-up online at an incorrect time range, it will be adjusted according to the correct range, and any remaining balance will be due at the end of the session. Deposits on paid touch-ups are non-refundable if rescheduled or canceled less than 48 hours from the appointment and a new booking/deposit is required. If rescheduled or canceled for more than 48 hours, then the appointment will be rescheduled based on artist availability. All reschedule 48 hours or less must be done through the artist, not through our online booking without notification. Touch-ups are only for clients who have had work done by Samira Brow Couture; no touch-up will be done on work performed by another artist outside our studio unless it is faded enough, at which point a new session must be booked. 

CELL PHONES

Please turn your cell phone on silence, vibrate or off during the procedure. No photos or video during the procedure, and no talking on your cell phone during the procedure as it is highly disruptive.

CHILDREN + GUESTS

No guests or children are permitted in our studio. The studio is non-smoking and has an environment that is not childproofed. Please do not bring children to your appointment. If you bring a child/children to the appointment, you will not be serviced, and you will be charged the balance of the appointment. Pets are never allowed in the studio.

NO ONE ELSE IS PERMITTED IN THE TREATMENT ROOM DURING YOUR PROCEDURE.

NOTE

Microblading + Permanent Makeup is an art not an exact science therefore healed results vary with each person. Samira Brow Couture makes no guarantees about how your brows will heal and you may need additional sessions for best results (at an additional charge). Various factors affect healed results and artist does her best to provide you with the best service with the high quality training she has received.
